Brandy Station for me, because the fighting at that point was still even. There were so many different regiments involved that there are plenty of different viewpoints, and it was popular enough that there are plenty of first person accounts.
Trevillian Station was probably a better fight, but I think the balance of power had already shifted nearly irrevocably by that point.
