Gen. L.,
George Emack holds back what had to feel like the whole damn Yankee cav in a gulley washer of a thunderstorm in the dead of night at Monterey Pass. 'Course, it was actually just Kil-cavalry's guys so that has to be taken into account...
Seriously, he did a helluva job; and, also seriously I have a lot of respect for the poor sob's who had to serve under THAT dumbass of a sob. And don't wast your breath horsey boys, you AIN'T gonna change this dumb ol' Carolina boy's mind about Kil-cavalry.

Keith

I dont think you gonna have to worry about Horsie Guys' feelings about Kil-Cavalry - I believe we all are in agreement
BTW, and not to stir anything and DEFINITELY not to get into this here since we DO have another thread....merely an FYI because of...
It is the initial research that Andie Custer did on Kil that got her into that warped way of thinking. Somewhere along the line I reckon she took a liking to the man (for whatever reason). The next (ahem) "logical" step is to prove that he was not as bad as everyone paints him to be (a side bar to the side bar he is called Kil-Cavalry because he LOVES to kill the enemy cavalry, OK..All y'all got THAT?! )
Anyways - that brings us to the dumb-ass order to Elon and... I guess we have to move everything to a ground more suitable for Cav Operations (otherwise it IS a dumb-ass order) and...things degenerated from there... _________________ I Remain

Allan,
You're right about not getting in to it here but i do have to say one thing--I don't have a problem with Andie trying to defend Jud. But I'm afraid you might be right in that if it didn't directly lead to her....ah hell I'll finish this on the other thread.
But like I say, defending someone isn't a problem. Heck, I occasionally put up a spirited defense of B. Bragg. not that I think he was that great but just because he was from my home state and let's face it, anybody ornery enough to argue with themselves on record, you gotta love that guy!

Heck - I reckon it was a good thing you weren't with us at Stan's EFF Trailer last October _________________ I Remain
